How to revoke an invitation sent to a teammate

Purpose of the document

This tutorial will guide you through the process of revoking an invitation sent to a teammate.

Requirements to Complete Process

Only a Company Admin or Pharmacy Admin can revoke an invitation.

The invited user's status must be in 'Invite Pending' meaning they have not yet accepted the invitation.

1. First, navigate to the Team section.

1. Select Revoke Invite next to the teammate you wish to revoke. 

1. Select Yes, revoke invite to confirm that you want to revoke the invitation. 

By following these steps, you will have successfully revoked an invitation.
