How to resend an invitation to a teammate

Purpose of the document

This tutorial will guide you through the process of resending an invitation to a teammate.

Requirements to Complete Process

Only a Company Admin or Pharmacy Admin can send/resend invitations to teammates.

If the initial invitation has not been accepted within 48 hours, you can resend the invitation.

First, navigate to the Team section.

Then, select the Resend option on the teammate you wish to resend the invitation to.

By following these steps, you will have successfully resent the invitation to your teammate.
