How to Create and Complete a Totals Only Audit

Requirements to complete the process

  • Must have inventory in your account

  1. From your home screen, navigate to the Audits icon and select "Audits."


  1. Next, select the Create Audit button.


  1. Under the select type, choose Caret Button and scroll down until you see the option Totals Only Audit.


  1. You will now be able to enter the Audit Title and choose which schedules to include in this audit.


  1. Next, select a Start Date and End Date. Then, choose your radio button for either Beginning of Business or Close of Business. For this example, we will choose Close of Business.


  1. Ensure that you have all locations selected, or filter specifically for a location of your choice.


  1. Now, click on the Create button to proceed.


  1. You will see a list of all your drugs and their corresponding NDCs.


  1. At this stage, you can complete the audits by entering your actual count based on the totals from the end of business for that date.


  1. Once you've entered all of the actual counts, you are nearly finished.


  1. To finalize your audit, select the Confirm NDCs button at the bottom right.


  1. Enter your four-digit PIN to proceed.


  1. Afterward, you'll see that your audit is complete. You will then need to select the Complete Audit button.


  1. Finally, enter your PIN one last time, and your audit will be set to a status of Complete.
