How to add a new pharmacy to your C2 Keep account

This tutorial goes over how to create your pharmacy's C2 Keep account.

Requirements to Complete Process

Only a Company Admin can add another pharmacy to your existing C2 Keep account.

Before creating the account, you'll want to gather the following:

  1. Pharmacy's NPI Number
  1. Pharmacy's License and expiration date
  1. Pharmacy's DEA number and expiration date.

1. To begin, log into your existing pharmacy's account. Once you are logged in, select Settings from the left menu.

2. Scroll to the Add a Pharmacy section and select Add New.

3. Enter the new pharmacy's NPI number.

4. Next, check the box to indicate that you agree with the terms and conditions of the EULA.

5. Enter into a BAA agreement with C2Keep and the select Continue.

6. Fill in the new pharmacy's information.

8. Finally, select Finish to complete the process.

By following these steps, you will successfully add a new pharmacy to the system.
